有2種可能
1.請檢查一下 你的信用卡到期日 是否已經到期
2.請直接打電話到銀行詢問發卡銀行 你的線上消費為何不能使用

如果問題是1
再得到新的到期日之後 在 會員管理網站後台 點選"Preferred Payment" 填入付款信用卡資新的到期日 後 更新 即可

如果是2
請銀行授權線上消費 然後到會員管理網站 寄信跟通司通知 要求重新啟用你的網址
